You can say I have or I've got, he has or he's got.
Examples:
1. I have blue eyes or I've got blue eyes. 2. The house has six bedrooms or The house has got six bedrooms. 3. They have a horse and a cow or They've got a horse and a cow.
I don't have / I haven't got (negative)
Examples:
1.I have a motorcycle, but I don't have a car. I've got a motorcycle, but I haven't got a car.
2.Haruko doesn't have a job. Haruko hasn't got a job.
Do you have...? / Have you got...? (questions)
Examples:
1. Do you have a camera? Or Have you got a camera? 2. What do you have in your bag? Or What have you got in your bag? 3. What kind of cars does she have? Or What kind of car has she got?
Note: does/has ? for singular nouns Do/have ? for plural nouns
